  • Make sure you are eligible for VIDA (see #1 below)
  • Download the VIDA application (#2 below), complete it, and email it to
  • DO NOT complete #3, 4, and 5 below until further notice
  • DO NOT complete and submit the Placement Session Registration below until further notice
  • After emailing the completed application to, wait to hear from a member of the VIDA staff.

1.  If you are interested in applying for acceptance into VIDA, you must first make sure you are eligible.

2. If you are eligible, click here to download a VIDA application.  This form must be completed before you arrive at the Placement Session.

3. Make sure you have all of the documents on this sheet with you, as well.

5. Complete and submit the form below to register for a required Placement Session. The Placement Session is a lengthy process and normally takes most of the day. Please arrive no later than 8:15 a.m.

Are you an immigrant?

PLEASE NOTE:  You must be a U.S. Citizen, a Permanent Resident, or a Non-Resident to be eligible to apply for the VIDA Program.

Are you currently a migrant worker?

PLEASE NOTE: You must have a high-school diploma or GED to be eligible to apply for the VIDA Program. 

Are you currently enrolled in a college/university?

PLEASE NOTE:  Your GPA must be 2.0 or higher in order to be eligible to apply for the VIDA Program.
